I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 25 years in private practice here in New York City. I’m also the founder of Neurofeedback Training Co., where my team manages the largest fleet of NeurOptimal^® rentals in the U.S. For over 12 years. I’ve integrated NeurOptimal^® into my work, using it to help clients navigate challenges related to anxiety, stress management, and peak performance.

With a holistic approach to mental health, I also draw on my background as a meditation teacher, having taught in both secular and Buddhist contexts for more than 25 years. I’m passionate about blending Eastern and Western methodologies, and I believe NeurOptimal^® is a powerful tool for creating meaningful, lasting change.

My goal is to ensure that everyone who works with me—whether a health and wellness professional or someone new to neurofeedback—feels confident and fully equipped to use NeurOptimal^® to meet their unique objectives. Those who take the Basic Certification course with me, will also have access to my “Clinical Corner” Zoom meetings twice a month, where you can bring any questions and receive ongoing support. Additionally, I’ll be available to answer any questions you may have about creating passive income through rentals, drawing on my experience running the largest NeurOptimal^® rental program in the U.S.
