Are you an experienced Certified Trainer who exclusively uses NeurOptimal® as your brain training tool? Have you been named in the PASS Referral program? Do you have the time to invest in a new challenge? Do you feel that becoming a NeurOptimal® Representative fits into your life and business philosophy? Perhaps this is for you!

Unlike traditional Representatives, being/becoming a NeurOptimal® Representative involves much more than just “selling”. Our Representative team, currently in 17 different countries, has been largely responsible for the impressive growth we’ve experienced over the last 20 years. It’s also played a huge role, helping us clearly communicate a consistent core message throughout the globe. We’re so fortunate to have such an amazing Team! Ultimately, our objective has always been to insure that whether in North America, Africa, Asia or Europe, our Representatives will convey the same brand philosophy and the same basic understanding of our technology.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Interest in NeurOptimal®
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a NeurOptimal® Trainer
  • Basic and Advanced Certification
  • Strong understanding of what NeurOptimal® is and does and how it differs from other systems (both on a functional and philosophical level) and the ability to communicate this to new clients while respecting Health Canada and FDA guidelines.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ongoing client support
  • Having been named on several occasions in the PASS Referral Program
  • NeurOptimal® as sole neurofeedback/brain training modality in own practice

Senior Web Developer

Mission
Maintaining the overall health and appearance of the website with daily content and backend management. Identifying user and system requirements for new web pages and applications. Prioritizing software development projects, setting timelines and assigning tasks to team members. Creating wireframes to decide on layout.

Summary
We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to build and maintain functional web pages and applications.

Senior Web Developer responsibilities include leading a junior developer, refining website specifications, and resolving technical issues. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience with Wordpress and Woocomerce, as well as have an in-depth knowledge of PHP. Additional experience with basic Javascript is preferred. Knowledge of other programming languages is welcomed and will be considered as a plus but is not required. Ultimately, you will ensure our web pages are up and running and cover both internal and customer needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify user and system requirements for new web pages and applications
  • Prioritize software development projects, set timelines and assign tasks to team members
  • Create wireframes to decide on layout

Part-Time Wordpress Developer & Website Assistant

Title: Part-Time Wordpress Developer & Website Assistant

This is a work from home opportunity of approximately 20 hours a week. Ideally 9am-1pm EST M-F.

Job Description
We are looking for an assistant to the website developer who is experienced with WordPress, PHP, CSS, HTML, JS, WooCommerce, and PayPal. As well as someone who has the skillset to provide plugin maintenance, debugging abilities, working with, building, and maintaining custom code, as well as building a custom theme for WordPress. Any skill with Speed Optimization is also a plus!

We currently have around 70 plugins that we would like maintenance assistance with. This would include updating and testing on our Dev server before pushing live. We are currently hosted on WPEngine and utilize Cloudflare. As to frequency for this task, perhaps this could be arranged monthly.

Other tasks would include debugging issues that arise regarding our Order Desk. Our ecommerce platform is WooCommerce and we utilize PayPal as our payment provider. We provide single sales as well as a subscription based service and technical support.

We would also like assistance with other random coding projects – for example, updating our Find a Trainer Map, updating our custom Financing Calculator, installing a video player for webinar videos, adjusting a custom points reward log, redesigning our checkout process, and/or figuring out a solution for a custom registration process.

The position overall is hourly and the number of hours a month can fluctuate depending on the open projects we have and/or on the number of adjustments we need. We are also looking for someone who can offer advice and insight into the best methods to get something done.

Someone who has excellent communication skills along with a great attitude is a must.

Order Desk Clerk

Title: Order Desk Clerk

Summary: The Order Desk Clerk processes and communicates all orders to appropriate teams for fulfillment, and manages inquiries by email, phone, or chat box. To be successful in this role, one must have the ability to focus on tasks that require full attention to detail while potentially being pulled in another direction (ie chat box) at the same time. The person must be bilingual (French/ English).

Schedule: M-F, 9am-5pm EST

Duties & Responsibilities: The Order Desk Clerk is responsible for the following duties which are performed personally:

  • Receipt of order inquiries/order forms
  • Data Entry: Creating customer files, entering orders into database
  • Payment Processing: Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Wire
  • Sending payment receipt and order confirmation to clients
  • Transferring order information to relevant teams and following up when necessary
  • Membership fee processing and expiry date management
  • Aiding in Closing of month (reports)
  • Aiding in Consolidation of payments (weekly)
  • Responding to customer inquiries/concerns same day
  • Participate in Team huddle meetings twice a week
  • Call backs (phone) or e-mail communication as well as participation in manning website chat box inquiries

This is a full-time, work from home opportunity. Schedule: 7am-3pm and 11am-7pm. We are looking for a Montreal-based candidate ideally for team building and training opportunities.

Mission: The Zengar® Technical Support team is dedicated to the highest quality of service for NeurOptimal® trainers, by providing the best computer technical support delivered with professionalism, care and thoughtfulness.

Summary: The ZenConnect Technician is the first line of technical Support for NeurOptimal® users.Our technicians
work with clients daily, providing a white glove level of support, guidance, reassurance and education on the topics of NeurOptimal® software and all hardware supplied by Zengar®. Patience, humor and connections are the most vital part of this role, ensuring our clients’ experience during a difficult time (when
they need technical support) is an easy and painless one. Speed, efficiency and accuracy are vital components of a ZenConnect technician’s work.

Duties & Responsibilities: The ZenConnect Technician is responsible for all the following duties which are performed personally:

  • Help clients via phone and/or ZenConnect Session (remote assistance currently using Connectwise), phone, email
  • See client through to the end, follow up etc
  • work together as a group to resolve anything tricky – be available to fellow team members for brainstorming sessions for a tricky case, escalate unresolved tickets.
  • Follow up on Open cases until resolution
  • Cover each other during vacation/sick days
  • Attend daily tech meetings / huddles
  • Report bugs in JIRA
  • Learn and follow procedures, bring up ones that need to be defined or refined
  • Respond to Tech posts Facebook groups
  • Provide IT/Support Services to Zengar® clients and contractors, NeurOptimal® related or other
  • Allow new tech hire to shadow you when applicable, train them
  • Suggest canned responses for as many situations as possible in Connectwise
