I’ve been a psychotherapist working with adults for almost thirty years. Although the results my clients and I obtained together were very good, when I was introduced to neurofeedback in 2002 I quickly started to see ways it might be beneficial to many of my clients.
I introduced NeurOptimal® first to some of my therapy clients and then made it available to people who wanted to come just for neurofeedback. I’m happy to tell you that my guess about the difference it could make proved to be correct. I have seen my clients lives transform in ways many of them had thought were not possible.
A a psychotherapist I was always grounded in the firm belief and trust in each person’s ability to heal and grow – if given the right experiences, information and tools. The Zengar NeurOptimal® system is based on a similar principle – that the CNS (the central nervous system, your brain and spinal cord) has a powerful ability to renormalize itself, if it is given the right information. NeurOptimal® gives it that information. Being the trainer who facilitates that happening is a truly wonderful job. Being a Representative for NeurOptimal® is also very satisfying because it helps make the system I love using more widely available.
