A Personal Reflection: My Experience with NeurOptimal®

I wanted to take a moment to share something personal that I haven’t talked about much. For much of my life, I’ve faced challenges with focus and attention, including managing some of the effects of dyslexia. These experiences have shaped the way I approach daily tasks and problem-solving, and they’ve also taught me to value tools that make life a little easier.

This past summer, with my kids home from school, life was wonderfully chaotic. Between the busy days and late nights, I took a break from my regular NeurOptimal® Sessions. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but as the summer progressed, I started noticing subtle changes. I felt less centered, more scattered, and staying on top of my usual routine required more effort than before.

When I resumed my NeurOptimal® Sessions, I was amazed at how quickly things shifted. After just two Sessions, I felt a renewed sense of focus and calm. Tasks that had felt overwhelming became more manageable, and I felt more grounded overall. It was such a good reminder of how much brain training supports me, even in ways I might not always notice right away.

I wanted to share this in case it resonates with anyone looking for ways to support their own mental clarity and balance. These Sessions have been such a valuable part of my routine, and I’m truly grateful for them.

Thanks for taking the time to read my story!
