Requirements:
- Ensure your NeurOptimal® system is connected to a power outlet and a high-speed internet connection (5Mbps+).
- Ensure your zAmp is connected to the computer.
Wait Time:
- If you are waiting in the queue for a ZenConnect session for more than 15 minutes, close the connection and try initiating another session. If the problem persists, contact [email protected].
Fee Details:
- Rate: $160 USD/hour (20-minute minimum charge)
