Carol Ann is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback. Since my first inquiry a few months ago into NeurOptimal®, Steve has shown nothing but the highest standard of customer service. I went on to rent a system, then I decided to purchase my own professional system to add as a service to my nutrition business, did my basic certification and have bought another system to start my rental business. Throughout all of this Steve could not be more patient, approachable, helpful, knowledgeable, and just happy to help all the time. His assistance in helping us new trainers build our businesses is always nothing short of above and beyond.
