Microsoft Manufacturers and Extended Warranty Instructions

Congratulations on your new NeurOptimal® system!

It is important that you register your new hardware with Microsoft to get the full benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty. Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to accomplish this as of June 2020.

    Go to account.microsoft.com/devices and sign in with your Microsoft account (or create your Microsoft account).

    Select “Don’t see your device?”.

    Enter the locale and serial number of your device to register it.

    Once your device is registered, confirm that the device warranty expiration date equates to one year from the date you purchased your NeurOptimal® System. (Check the date on your Zengar® invoice).

    If the expiration date is not accurate, call the Microsoft Warranty Department at 855-243-9252. They may ask you to send them a copy of your invoice for proof of purchase date. If you need a copy of your original invoice please reach out to [email protected].

Interested in the Microsoft Complete Extended Warranty?

If you are interested in the Microsoft Complete extended warranty you must add it within 45 days of your purchase. Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to accomplish this as of June 2020.
