I hold a graduate degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Urban Planning and I built a successful 20-year career in Urban Planning/Land Development working for municipalities and private engineering consulting firms. I first learned about neurofeedback when my then teenage child was struggling with stress, bullying and difficulties at school.
Based on extremely positive results with my daughter, I knew this was something that I could benefit from as well as everyone else in my family and even a number of friends and co-workers. I felt a strong calling to help spread awareness of and access to this life transforming technology. I bought a system and started a small part time business training people after work and on weekends. After a few years, my business had grown to include four locations and over twenty rental systems.
I realized that as a Trainer I could only help so many people, but by helping other trainers to get started, I could facilitate spreading the benefits to help exponentially more people. In 2015 I became an Instructor and Representative for Zengar® and since then I have helped hundreds of people from all over the globe to launch their own businesses or incorporate NeurOptimal® into their client services in existing businesses. I am thrilled to be able to play a part in the growth of Neuroptimal®.
As part of my efforts to expand access to NeurOptimal®, I reinvest a significant part of my companies’ profits into projects and research that help to support raising awareness and access, these projects include:
-Managing a global Facebook forum with over 9,000 members
-A year long double blind, placebo controlled study using NeurOptimal® for stress and burnout in the workplace for the employees of the City of Fort Worth.
-Sponsoring the implementation of a NeurOptimal® neurofeedback program at a boarding school for children with Autism in Uganda
-Weekly community training day for low cost and free walk in sessions in our Granbury location.
When I am not working on saving the world one brain at a time, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband as well as visits with my grown children and my adorable granddaughter. I am an avid gardener and a small time hobby farmer – learning as I go with chickens, sheep and an awesome Donkey.

I really love teaching the live classes and getting to know Trainers from all backgrounds as they begin their journeys with NeurOptimal®. I teach classes on selected weekends in my Granbury, TX location. Participants get to see our office set up and receive hands on experience with the systems and we enjoy socializing with the group at nearby restaurants during the lunch breaks. Many class participants choose to come a day early or stay late to explore the award winning historic downtown square with its restaurants and shops. Granbury is a lake town with many options for lodging including standard hotels and many boutique bed and breakfasts.
I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband as well as visits with my grown children and my adorable granddaughter. I am an avid gardener and a small time hobby farmer – learning as I go with chickens, sheep and an awesome donkey, if you come to my class and weather and time permit, I would be happy to give you a tour of my gardens and farm, they are walking distance from my office.

Competent and kind!
Nikki is highly competent, kind, easy to communicate with and occupies a strong personal and professional background in Neurofeedback. She can therefore offer top-notch support to those breaking into the Neurofeedback technology world. We had many phone calls, facebook interactions and emails to take care of every detail and concern before I purchased. I felt very well cared for as her client.
Outstanding Professional
From start to finish, Nikki has been outstanding! I found Nikki when I first became interested in neurofeedback. She provided a 30 day rental and the results were so impressive that we quickly became interested in purchasing a system. Nikki became our sales rep and helped us through the entire process. She is very warm and personable as well as knowledgeable about all things Neuroptimal.
When I wanted to become a certified trainer, I could have taken an online course, but I wanted a more personal experience and to connect with others in my area. Nikki’s certification course was well worth it. I enjoyed meeting her and many other like minded individuals in our area. She answered all of our questions and shared her years of experience working with clients and the Neuroptimal system. It has been about 5 years since we bought our system and we continue to stay in touch through social media to this day. I know if I ever have a question or concern, she is quick to respond and always very helpful. I absolutely recommend Nikki for all your Neuroptimal needs from start to finish!
