What is PASS Preview?
PASS Preview is a “lighter” version of PASS provided to new purchasers at the time of their purchase. Trainers may replace their PASS preview membership with a full PASS membership at any time throughout their PASS Preview membership. Microsoft Support Disclaimer: Microsoft discontinues support and “Out of Warranty Exchanges” on older models without much warning, if any. This means that if your Microsoft device breaks after Microsoft discontinues either of these for your device, repairing or “Exchanging” your device may not be an option. If this occurs then you would need to purchase a replacement NeurOptimal® system to continue use of your NeurOptimal® software. Please factor this into your decision of purchasing a lightly used or demo NeurOptimal® system.

Export/Import Regulatory Requirements: Customer will abide by all laws pertinent to the US, Canada and their own country with regard to export and import regulations.
NeurOptimal® Purchase Agreement: End user is licensing the use of NeurOptimal® software subject to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement (EULA). NeurOptimal® is sold on the understanding that it is being used lawfully within owner’s state, province or country. Determining applicable laws is responsibility of purchaser.
System & Internet Requirements: NeurOptimal® requires an initial Internet connection. Thereafter, connecting every 7 days is sufficient. If you fail to connect after 7 days, an error message will appear. Reconnect to the Internet to continue using NeurOptimal®.

Billing & Shipping FAQs
We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, cashier’s check, and electronic funds. Personal checks are not accepted. We generally do not accept institutional POs – please contact Zengar directly for exceptions. Please allow time for paper checks to be received and to clear—which can be up to 26 business days for US banks. We regret that we cannot process an order before payment is received. Please note that any currency exchange or foreign transaction fees associated with this purchase are charged by the credit card issuer directly and not Zengar. These charges can range from 1 – 4%, best to check with your credit card issuer for more information.
The selection of “Split Payment” will allow you to split the total charge over different credit cards (Visa or Mastercard only). Please note that all payments must be completed within 30 days. All charges process immediately, this is not a financing option. Please note that after 5 minutes of inactivity your cart may time out. To reactivate and proceed, please log out of your account completely, then log back in to activate a new session.
Orders are typically shipped from our facilities within 7-10 business days after payment is processed. This time frame does include configuration time (each system is personally configured for each new owner) as well as thorough testing of the system and all components to ensure Quality Control. Shipping time (i.e. the time your order takes to get to you) can vary depending on how long it takes to clear customs. Clients often receive their orders in as little as 7-10 days after leaving our facilities, but it can sometimes take significantly longer. Unfortunately the customs clearance process is 100% out of our control.
As much as we would like to get your new system into your hands as soon as possible, please note that this means we require on average a total of 12-17 days of preparation and shipping time to ensure that orders reach their final destination. As we cannot predict any Customs delays this is solely an approximation. If you have selected a delivery address where you do not permanently reside, then this needs to be taken into consideration. Should the shipment be delayed, any rerouting charges would be the responsibility of the buyer. This includes shipping charges, clearance charges and any applicable taxes.
All of our shipments are sent via FedEx. North American orders for system bundles only do include shipping and the option of Free shipping will show in the checkout process if your order qualifies. Shipping charges vary according to item, destination and service selected. Shipping options are shown in the checkout process and added to the total amount owing. Please note that all Customs & Import duties as well as any other cost associated with package clearance – which have nothing to do with shipping costs – are the responsibility of the purchaser, whether shipping costs are included in the price of the product or not.
