zAmp Advanced Exchange – Out-of-Warranty

Eligibility:
For Clients whose zAmp is no longer under warranty and not covered by an active PASS membership. This is an out of warranty exchange paid option.

What’s included:

• Advance replacement of your zAmp with a Certified Restored zAmp (shipped before we receive the original unit)
• Prepaid return label with a 15-day return window
• Your replacement zAmp includes a 90-day manufacturer warranty.

Important:
All zAmp replacements through the Advanced Exchange Program require the return of the original defective unit. Failure to return the original zAmp will result in additional charges.

Warranty is void in the event of physical or water damage. If such damage is detected upon inspection of the returned zAmp, the replacement will be billed at the full purchase price of $1,950 USD.
