Please note that Zengar® installs and supports only the latest version of NeurOptimal® software. Once the latest version has been licensed and installed on a system, it cannot be reverted to an earlier version. As support for older versions is gradually phased out, keeping your system up to date is essential for optimal performance, ongoing support and long-term reliability.

Unlimited License: Microsoft or Asus products sourced by Zengar® with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 processor or higher qualify for an Unlimited license.

Partial Compatibility: The following models can run NO3, but with some feature limitations: Asus TP501UA-SS51T, Asus TP500LA-WH51T, Asus S551LA-QS52T-CB, and Asus All-in-One.

Limited License: Microsoft or Asus products sourced by Zengar® with at least 4GB RAM are eligible for a Limited license.

*Feature limitations can include but are not limited to sluggish or blank Matrix Mirror, sessions stopping after a few seconds, and G-Force sound settings reverting to default. These issues do not occur consistently or across all systems. A common workaround is licensing the system under a Limited license, which offers the same sessions while requiring fewer system resources.

Please note that Zengar® installs and supports only the latest version of NeurOptimal® software.
