Exclusive to our PASS members, the loaner service supports you in the unlikely event your system goes down. Once the need for a loaner is confirmed, we will ship it out to you, often on the same day. Round trip shipping covered by Zengar^®, please place the order and accept the loaner terms. Once received, the loaner will be thoroughly tested and on its way to you.

Eligibility:

• Systems not covered by PASS are not eligible for the loaner service, even if owner possesses multiple other systems covered by PASS.
• Only systems covered by an active PASS membership are eligible for the complimentary system (tablet) loaner service during repairs.
