Once the need for a loaner is confirmed, we will ship it out to you, often on the same day. All we ask is that members cover one-way shipping cost (PASS Enterprise members receive free shipping). Once shipping is paid, the loaner will be on its way to you.

Eligibility:

• Any zAmp belonging to a NeurOptimal^® owner can receive free clip repair service.
• The zAmp must be verified as belonging to the active PASS member requesting the loaner service.
• The zAmp being repaired must be documented as being associated with the purchased system covered by PASS.
