Exclusive to our PASS members, the loaner service supports you in the unlikely event your system or zAmp goes down. Once the need for a loaner is confirmed, we will ship it out to you, often on the same day. All we ask is that members cover one-way shipping cost (PASS Enterprise members receive free shipping). Once shipping is paid, the loaner will be on its way to you.

System Eligibility:

• Systems not covered by PASS are not eligible for the loaner service, even if owner possesses multiple other systems covered by PASS.
• Only systems covered by an active PASS membership are eligible for the complimentary system (tablet) loaner service during repairs.

PASS Enterprise

• Free round-trip shipping
• No waiting for payment to ship

PASS Monthly/Preview

• Client pays round-trip shipping
• Payment must be received before shipping

zAmp Eligibility:

• Any zAmp belonging to a NeurOptimal^® owner can receive free clip repair service.
• The zAmp must be verified as belonging to the active PASS member requesting the loaner service.
• The zAmp being repaired must be documented as being associated with the purchased system covered by PASS.
