Description

Add Additional Seats to your PASS Enterprise subscription.

This monthly subscription covers one computer system, additional seat added on to your primary PASS Enterprise membership (which covers five seats) and includes all the benefits of the annual PASS Enterprise membership charged at a monthly rate rather than the annual payment. minimum 12 payment commitment to this service and you may cancel any time after 12 payments have been received. Monthly payments will continue after your 12 payment commitment has been reached until you choose to discontinue membership. For new PASS system coverage, up to 30-minute initial clean up and inspection of your NeurOptimal® system is included, however if more time is required to get your system up to date then the additional time is billable.  Your PASS benefits will begin after the initial clean up. Please see terms for more information.

Only NeurOptimal® systems with Windows 8, 8.1, 10 or 11 operating systems are supported under PASS.

Please note that monthly subscriptions cannot be initiated using ZenPoints. However, should you wish to use ZenPoints for any subsequent months after your initial subscription month has processed, please email [email protected] and we can help you with this.

Please note that all PASS benefits and discounts are only applicable to a NeurOptimal® owner with an active PASS membership. Discounts are not transferable to non-members and login details should not be shared with non-members to afford them the same benefits that are exclusive to authorized PASS members. Non-PASS members will not be granted PASS discounts and PASS members found to be in violation of this policy may have their membership revoked. PASS Enterprise membership is exclusively for existing NeurOptimal® license owners.


Virtual or downloadable products will be confirmed/available to you for use once payment has been processed by our Order Desk. All payments are initially authorized and do require a member of our team to complete and process. Once this is done (during business hours of 8am-5pm ET from Monday-Friday) you will be sent your link/details to obtain your product.
