Cancellations and Returns: Orders may be canceled or returned within 30 days for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee and the cost of replacing damaged or missing consumable components (including sensors) as well as shipping via Zengar®'s carrier.
NeurOptimal® Purchase Agreement: End users license the use of NeurOptimal® software, subject to the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA). NeurOptimal® must be used in compliance with the laws of the owner’s state, province, or country. Determining applicable laws is the purchaser's responsibility.

System & Internet Requirements: NeurOptimal® requires an initial internet connection. After that, connecting every 7 days is sufficient. If not connected within 7 days, an error message will appear. Reconnect to the internet to continue using NeurOptimal®.
Warranties: Zengar® provides a 2-year warranty for the zAmp. System hardware is guaranteed by the manufacturer (Microsoft) for 2.5 years. It is recommended that owners register their system with Microsoft upon receipt to ensure full coverage. The ESET subscription is active for one year, with free annual renewal for all paid PASS members.
