I am an Advanced Certified NeurOptimal^® Neurofeedback Trainer, a Certified Soul Focused Healing practitioner and teacher, and a Certified Cellular Regeneration and Detox specialist. I received my masters degree in Somatic Psychology and have worked in higher education, counseling, public health, wellness, and healing collectively for over 25 years. I have over 30 years of training in meditation and contemplative practices, all of which have deepened substantially as a result of using NeurOptimal^®.

I discovered NeurOptimal^® during the covid lockdown when my daughter’s ADHD, compulsions, and anxiety raged out of control. From her difficulty focusing on school assignments to her self-harm behaviors, daily life had become unmanageable. To top it off, I was wrestling with a lack of sleep. After using NeurOptimal^®, I noticed significant improvements in both of our lives. As I was finally able to sleep, I was also finally able to heal. I’m now on a mission to spread the word about the benefits of using NeurOptimal^® – to help relieve suffering for others like it relieved our suffering. I currently work with a wide range of clients from 5 year-old children to 80 year-old women and everything in-between! I also work with agencies. For example, I helped implement a NeurOptimal^® program at the Hospitality House, our local homeless shelter, in which staff, interns, and residents have access to use it on a daily basis.
