I was introduced to NeurOptimal^® in 2018 seeking help for my child and ending up finding help for myself. My own experience was quite profound, which helped me make progress in my emotional and physical health. This training helped me develop perspective in my relationships with myself, others, and the world around me. For my family, we witnessed noticeable shifts with our autistic, ADHD, and very anxious child. I was astonished to see all the tools they had learned in different therapies over the years coalesce and be at their disposal in the moment.

I became a NeurOptimal^® Basic and Advanced Certified trainer in 2019. In the same year, opening West Seattle Neurofeedback providing in-office sessions and rental systems for home use across the United States. In my time as a trainer, I have co-led two international community studies; one about Long Covid and the second for what people seek and gain when using NeurOptimal^®. I am so pleased to join the NeurOptimal^® education team as a Basic Course Instructor. I look forward to helping others improve their knowledge and understanding of this technology so they can make a difference in their own communities.
