My life journey started with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Arizona State, eventually landing with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from National University.

My life passion is to teach and support people with the end goal for them to become wholly integrated individuals. People say that the greatest distance in the world is just 14-inches from the brain to the heart, caused by emotional splits. Helping others in reconnecting their brain and heart is my goal for all to become more focused, centered, grounded, and to have personal honesty. This is accomplished by sharing intentional living with emotional intelligence on how to seat oneself at their own table, thus learning to satisfy their own emotional needs before attempting to be present for others. Everything in my past contributes to teaching this reconnection goal of the brain and heart. The negative wealth learned from past mistakes and with the gold nuggets of life’s knowledge collected from mentors, teachers, associates, and friends contributes to this message.
