NEUROPTIMAL® SYSTEM MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST

Below you will find the list of steps performed during a routine maintenance checkup.

  • Installing all Windows updates

    Installing Windows updates to repair any security flaws that have been discovered and fixing or removing computer bugs. Updates can add new features to your systems and remove outdated ones.

  • Disk cleanup and optimization

    Disk cleanup helps free up space on your hard disk, creating improved system performance. Hard drive optimization is a preventive maintenance to keep your system from running slow and avoid issues and crashing.

  • Firmware updates

    Download and install the latest firmware updates on the system, which will enable it to operate better and at a faster speed based on the latest development of technology.

  • Deleting Sessions from the Vault in preparation for renting

    Techs can assist in clearing and cleaning up the NO3 Vault so that it is ready for renting.

  • Archiving/ backing up NO3 Sessions from the Vault

    Techs can assist in archiving or backing up Sessions from a full NO3 Vault.

  • In-between rental checkup

    Complete system checkup for Clients who rent out systems.  Clients renting out systems to people has increased since the Covid-19 pandemic started.

  • G-Force reinstall and sound settings and KODI (Media Center) verification

    G-Force and Kodi are 3rd party applications that interact with NO3. Techs verify that Kodi and G-force load correctly when NO3 is launched and that sounds settings are configured correctly.

  • DISM scanning

    The Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool (DISM) is manipulated to scan and restore potential issues within the windows that may impact an operating system.

  • System File Checker (SFC /scannow)

    SFC scanning will scan all protected system files and replace corrupted files for a healthier system.

  • ESET antivirus scan and configuration

    Full antivirus scan to search for threats on the system and avoid complications. Verify ESET is configured correctly and does not interfere with NO3.
