We are pleased you are considering our Advanced course. The Advanced Certification course provides eight hours of in-depth training in the advanced features of NeurOptimal® and enhances your skills as a trainer to better assist clients. Topics covered range from the latest Dynamical Neurofeedback® approaches to establishing effective client relationships and building a successful NeurOptimal® business.

The completion of this course grants you an Advanced Certification to frame and hang in your NeurOptimal® office.

N.B. Depending on instructors and class size, courses may vary in length and time.

Course Requirements

  • PREREQUISITE: To enroll in this course, students need to have successfully completed the Basic Certification or Recertification within the last three years, ensuring that the certificate has not expired.
  • Full course attendance is a requirement for certification.
  • All Zengar® certifications are valid for a 3-year period at which time a ‘recertification’ is necessary to keep your certification up to date. See Terms and Conditions for more information.
  • Access to a NeurOptimal® system during the course is recommended

About Doug West

Doug is an Advanced NeurOptimal® Trainer and Registered Clinical Counselor who has been working with youth and adults since 1991. Doug began using NeurOptimal® in his practice in 2010 after realizing the limitations of talk therapy in addressing the broader spectrum of challenges people are confronted with. Doug has vast experience working with autism and other neurodiverse challenges and incorporates NeurOptimal® training in all aspects of his work and play.
