How do I access my course?
The courses are accessed through our Neuroptimal® website and housed within your “Account” section available after logging in. Please CLICK HERE for instructions on obtaining access to your On Demand course. Supplemental learning material is also available in PDF format on the Courses landing page you will be directed to.
The recording is now available in 11 additional captioned languages!
Dutch, French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Lithuanian, Romanian, and Spanish. Clicking the CC icon in the YouTube window will expose these options.
When should I take the course?
The Basic Certification Course is appropriate to take at any time throughout your journey with NeurOptimal®. Taking it within the first few months after purchasing the system will help you understand the Dynamical Neurofeedback® approach and assist you with being able to knowledgeably talk about the process with others. It also helps you gain an in-depth understanding of running Sessions and using the hardware. The Advanced Certification Course can only be taken after the Basic Certification is successfully completed.
How long is the course?
Certification courses run from 10-15 hours long, delivered in time effective modules. We recommend you look at your calendar now and schedule a specific time frame to complete the course. We have found people understand the most from the course when completing it over a two-to-three-day period. The courses are designed for home or business viewing allowing convenient recording times documented for each learning module.
Is there a test at the end?
There is a quiz that must be submitted at the end of the course, for you to become certified. We have noticed that people who take the quiz right at the end of listening to the course have a higher success rate than those who wait. A grade of 90% or more is required for certification. You have two chances to pass the quiz. After two failed attempts, you will be required to re-watch the course. If you wish to consult an Instructor, please let us know and it will be our pleasure to assign one to you. Please note only the registered person can take the quiz.
How/When do I receive my certificate?
Certificates are sent via email, in PDF format, within 7-10 business days following a passing grade.
