Microsoft will replace the Surface device with a new or refurbished product. This plan covers the Surface for 3 years total from original purchase date of the equipment, and includes: Advanced Exchange. Advanced Exchange entitles customers to receive a replacement device prior to returning their non-functional device to Microsoft. Shipping cost for overnight Air is covered by Microsoft both ways and includes packaging materials. This offer only applies on systems who were purchased on the same order as PASS from March 1st 2021.

PASS Annual subscriptions will expire 15 months after order placement. PASS Monthly subscriptions will collect the first payment immediately upon sign up and then will be granted 3 months with no payments, before monthly payments resume (excludes PASS Enterprise).
