We’ve all been faced with clients who are not “happy” with the results they are experiencing; and they understand that as a “lack of results” or the “neurofeedback not working”. This can lead to anxiety in the trainer who then can struggle with helping the client understand the transformational process, including their own transformation around what constitutes a “good result”. How can we better prepare the client for the realities of training and help them move beyond the diagnoses/treatment model, so they can see what is really happening as a result of NeurOptimal® Training? How can Trainers see these experience as anything but “failures”? When is it OK for a Trainer to “give up” and what does it actually mean to “give up”? You may be surprised at the real answers to these questions.
