Zengar Institute Inc. is not responsible for the sale outcome in any manner and assumes no responsibility in the pre- and post-sale communication between the buyer and seller or the buyer and Zengar^®. The sale and purchase of a used system is a private matter between the buyer and seller; Zengar^® will not negotiate, manage, mediate, advise, take part in what-so-ever nor extend any responsibility for the transaction process, its communications, and its results.

BEFORE transferring or acquiring a used NeurOptimal^® system, ensure you have the following information:

Serial number of the computer & zAmp
Status of hardware warranties if known (Microsoft, zAmp warranty)

Transfer Guidelines:

Systems older than 4 years may require replacement parts. Replacement systems can only be purchased through Zengar^®.
Ensure you own the latest NeurOptimal^® software version, anything older is not supported and will be excluded from any PASS Preview coverage. Upgrades can be purchased here.
There is a $495 USD administrative fee, which includes a 3-month PASS Preview membership* for the new owner.
*Previous versions of NeurOptimal^® (v2 or earlier) are excluded and not eligible for any form of PASS coverage – See T&C
There are no financing options available for transfer fees or transfer purchases.
Financed systems must be fully paid off before being eligible for transfer.
Systems obtained via donation or deeply discounted rates may not be transferable.
NeurOptimal^® Unlimited (previously known as Professional) licenses are permitted to be transferred between owners once after which the NeurOptimal® license becomes non-transferable. NeurOptimal^® Limited (previously known as Personal) licenses can be transferred an unlimited number of times.
